Elizabeth Zambrano Garza

Elizabeth is currently a Ph.D. student under the supervision of Dr. Hoppmann in the Health and Adult Development Lab. Her MA thesis focused on spousal support in goal pursuit in older age. Her current research expands this scope by including support from other types of social ties (e.g. friend or sibling) to improve well-being in older adulthood. She is also interested in exploring more dyadic associations as well as how other factors (e.g. gratitude) can improve well-being.
